The Litigation Department at JNLA is highly committed to providing litigation services at all tiers of courts in Nepal including the District Courts, the High Court and the Supreme Court.
Apart from the regular courts, litigation department also files, defends and continuously pursues the claims on behalf of our clients in all forms of specialized courts comprising Special Court, Labour Court, Revenue Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Foreign Employment Tribunal and such.
The department also undertakes the litigation activities at quasi- judicial bodies.
